Unable to upload image

In the upload form you can see that some type of image is allowed to be sent to Servicenow. We are trying to upload it but unfortunately it doesn’t work.

This can be caused because image extension/type is blocked on the general level for attachments. There is system properties that can define what is allowed for upload:

glide.attachment.extensions

Try to add your extension, save and retry..
